David Holyoak

David Holyoak is a KB-2 licensed General contractor with residential and commercial experience. He has a total of 24 years in the construction industry and has specialized in framing, finish carpentry, custom cabinetry, plumbing, and land surveying. He worked many years as a superintendent for two large home builders in the Phoenix area.

All of this experience combined led him to earning his general contracting license. He opened our family owned business , Noble Industries LLC in the spring of 2013 and has been fortunate to build great relationships with customers and other industry professionals that have made Noble a success!

He enjoys baseball, fishing and family time and finds Customer satisfaction and attention to detail and craftsmanship to be the key to growing a thriving business.

Brad Holyoak

Brad Holyoak joined the family business in 2015. He brings extensive experience in residential and commercial plumbing, finance, land development and several years as a project manager and Director of Construction with a large commercial construction and land development firm.

He has been a valuable asset to our company. He is both grateful and honored to be a Veteran who served four years in the United States Air Force. He enjoys fishing, golf, movies, spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren and feels customer service is our highest priority.
